Beverly Lynn Sanders

Beverly Lynn Sanders, 76, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend was called to her eternal resting place on August 6, 2018. She entered this world on February 1, 1942 in Front Royal, Virginia, born to James and Ida Cowgill. She was predeceased by her parents; brother Jim Cowgill; sister Joan Cowgill; ex-husband Dan Sanders and son; JW Sanders. To carry on her legacy she is survived by her children; Orie Wangler and husband Tom, Wainoke Sanders, LaTrenda Sanders, and LaMona Sanders, and daughter-in-law Donna Haislip; grandchildren; Josh Wangler and wife Laura, Andy Wangler and wife Heather, Jordyn Kummell, Jon Kummell, Amy and husband Matt Johnson, Tessa and husband David Crawford, Barry Heck Jr., Brittany Heck, Emily Wangler, Brandi and husband Tyler Hartgrove and Mike and wife Kimberly Gerard; great grandchildren Bailey Wangler, Gage Wangler, Rachel Wangler, Devan Sanders, Khalil Sanders, Madison Wangler, Anabelle Horton, Jaxon Hartgrove, Finn Gerard and Calvin Crawford. Beverly loved her large family especially the cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Beverly was always crocheting a new blanket or piece of baby clothing for one of them. She was devoted in reading her Bible daily as her faith was an important part of her life. You could regularly find her watching Jimmy Swaggert on the tv. She looked forward each week to spending time with her many friends and enjoying the activities at the McLoud Senior Citizens Center. In lieu of flowers her family asks that you consider contributing to your local animal shelter or the American Diabetes Association. A memorial service to celebrate Beverly’s life will be held 2PM, Friday, August 10, 2018 at Asa Smith Funeral Chapel, Harrah, Oklahoma.
