Bow Lawrence Musgrave

March 22, 2022 — July 11, 2022

BOW LAWRENCE MUSGRAVE Bow Lawrence Musgrave, beloved son of Donald Musgrave and Lorie Goines, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on July 11, 2022, at his home in McLoud. He was three months and 21 days old. Nothing could be said to describe who Bow was to his Mother and Father. Some would say he was the perfect baby, so well behaved he would hardly cry unless he needed food or changed. His smile would brighten everyone's day. His blue eyes seemed to sparkle with wonder and curiosity to everything. He loved everyone. To hear him laugh would make anyone laugh. His laughter was contagious. He would talk to everyone about his day. His calls to his grandma every morning could not be missed. He loved to play and hold everyone's hands. If he could hold you he would. Bow was strong and developed so well just learning to sit on his own and try new things. Some days all he would want was a bath and a bottle. He loved to play with his bubbles and try to eat them too. He enjoyed swimming and sitting on the motorcycles with all his family. Bow would never forget movie time with dad though it was a must to curl up with dad for a movie before bed. He would watch cars with his dad and the Mater's tall tales too. They would watch alligators together and Bow would talk to them and shout at them when they got one. When dad was away he would cuddle with mom and they would watch dinosaurs. With his grandma and great grandma and his papa he would love watching westerns. He loved cowboys just like his daddy. We all hoped he would be a gearhead one day. His Grandma and Grandpa on his dad's side would take him everywhere. He got to go to so many places and be spoiled so much by them. They would go out of their way to get him toys or give him blankets of their own for him to sleep on. They got him his first vest and wanted to get him his first bike, too. When it came down to it though his dad wanted everything for him that he could do for him. Whatever Bow wanted, his dad was gonna make it happen. Bow was too perfect for all of us, a blessing that no one would change and his heart will always be with us. He is survived by his mom, Lorie Goines and dad, Donald Musgrave; Maternal grandparents Mike and Elizabeth Goines of Nicoma Park; Paternal grandparents Roy and Rachel Musgrave of McLoud; Aunts Michelle Goines, Samantha Goines and Harley Musgrave; Uncles Wesley Goines, Shacota Robinson, Henry Robinson and Blake Robinson. Funeral services will be Friday, July 22 at 2 p.m. at Shady Nook Free Will Baptist Church in Nicoma Park with Pastor Matthew Pennington officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 at Asa Smith Funeral Service in Harrah. On-line condolences may be posted on the funeral home web-site asasmith.net.
