Buddy Webb, Jr., 83, beloved Father and Grandfather, passed from this life on November 11, 2020. He was born September 23, 1937, in Bowlegs, OK to Buddy B. and Lucille Webb. He attended school in Bowlegs, OK and went to work after the 8th grade. He enlisted into the Army Reserve and after being released he met and married Donna Delores Brown in March 1960. They celebrated 51 years together. They moved to Harrah, OK in 1972 and lived there, making a happy home for all their children. Buddy, known as Sonny to his friends and family, worked most of his life as a mechanic. He often stayed after hours to repair a car that belonged to a widow or single mom, so they could have the transportation they needed. He and Donna took over the sanitation service for Harrah and ran that for 6 years. He made sure everyone got the service they deserved, and they were taken care of no matter the weather that day. He then went to work as a relief carrier for the Harrah Postal Service for 10 years only to become a permanent carrier for another 5 years. He retired in 1999. As Donna's health declined, he was her caregiver for 4 years, never leaving her side. He became her cook, administered her medication, house cleaner and anything else he needed to do to make sure she was always comfortable. He loved to fish and gave up many fishing trips just to take care of her. He took the best care of her until she passed away in 2011.Along with fishing, Buddy loved to camp, ride horses and spend time with his children and grandchildren. Buddy was preceded in death by both parents and his loving wife, Donna, and sister Barbara "Bobbie". Survivors include his children Don Koontz and wife Eva of Newcastle, OK; Robert Webb and wife Kathy of Queen Valley, AZ; Debbie Nelson and husband Troy of Shawnee, OK; Scott Webb and wife Kelly of Harrah, OK; Grandchildren Jeff Koontz, Kandi Conway, Michelle Martell, Bobby Webb, Joe Webb, Sonny Webb, Jennifer Bullis, Nicholas Webb, Emily Hammons, Ariel Webb, and Jake Nelson; 14 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren, He is also survived by his siblings Ken Webb and wife Linda of Mesa, AZ, and Bobbie Joe Isaacson and husband Phil; and many nieces and nephews. Buddy will be laid to rest alongside his beloved wife Donna for eternity at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, Oklahoma. The Graveside Service honoring his life will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 16, 2020, Arrangements are under the direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
