Clyda Sue Allen

Clyda Sue Allen, 71, of Harrah passed from this life to her many rewards and reunions in Heaven on January 11, 2022, peacefully at home with her loving husband Bobby at her side. She was born to Clyde O. and Margaret Petree in Martinez, CA on January 15,1950. Clyda and Bobby James Allen were married in Wilburton, OK on April 27, 1973. She loved going to auctions and antiquing whenever could. She loved collecting Fenton glass, cheering on the Harrah Lady Panthers softball team and the OU Sooners. But mostly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her fur babies, Lily and Rocky. Clyda was a loving daughter, aunt, wife, mom and a very proud Mimi. She was preceded in death by parents, Clyde O. and Margaret Petree; father in law Billy J. Allen of Wilburton, OK and mother in law Doris C. Allen of Harrah; brother John A. Petree of Wilburton and baby daughter Rebecca Jo. Survivors include her husband, Bobby J. Allen of Harrah; her daughter, Jayme and husband John Durant of Harrah; her sisters, Judy and Rick Bailey of Paden, OK, Teresa and Pat Hurst of Owasso, OK, Rinda and Richard Boggs of Wilburton, Rilla Stanfield of Wilburton; Granddaughters Sawyer and Aimee McKey of Harrah and grandsons, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews and many more family and friends. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022, in the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel under direction of Asa Smith Funeral Services.
