DEBORAH KAY ROGERS

Deborah Kay Rogers, 70, of Newalla passed from this life on July 10, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born August 9, 1952 in Oklahoma City to Burton Warren Corban and Victoria Loraine Barnard Corban. Debbie was a 1970 graduate of Classen High School and also attended college.

She was an administrative assistant for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for 26 years. Debbie enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends, playing games, Bunco, Tai-Chi and watching the Hallmark Channel.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Steve of the home; a son Anthony Fredrick of Harrah; two daughters, Desiree Fredrick of Painesville, OH and Lorrie Fredrick of Midwest City; a brother, Burton W. Corban Jr.and wife Lil of Harrah; a sister Barbara Wood of Phoenix, AZ; six grandchildren, Porter Fredrick, Kiya Rogers, Desmond Smouse, Ava Fredrick, Ian Fredrick and Tessa Fredrick and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, July 14 at McLoud Cemetery under direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service, Harrah.
