Diana L. Hooley, 70, beloved Mother and Friend passed away on April 1, 2019. She was born January 30, 1949 in Enid, Oklahoma to Hollis and Beatrice (Fredregill) Burner. Diana had many hobbies in life to include her daily attendance for over 20 years with her AA Norman group. She loved bass fishing, knitting, crocheting and to be in the kitchen usually cooking up her well-known Swiss Steak, Beef Stroganoff or the occasional pecan pie. Diana was best known for a great sense of humor. Diana was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Butch Burner and sister, Jennie Vinson. Survivors include son Jay Hooley, daughter-in-law to be, Tracey Sullivan; brother Buddy Burner and wife Debbie; sister-in-law Bonnie Burner; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members and a host of friends. She will also be missed deeply by her cat Buzby. The Memorial Service honoring her life will be held at The Church of Acts at 5905 S. May Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Sunday, April 7, 2019, at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Bryon Akerman officiating. Online condolences and memories may be shared by visiting www.AsaSmith.net.
