Evelyn Rose Kubiak

Evelyn Rose Kubiak, 78, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, left this life on January 23, 2019 in Norman, OK. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on September 1, 1940 to Antone Bernard and Emily Helen (Wilkowski) Kubiak. She attended St.Teresa Catholic School in Harrah and then attended Harrah High School. She worked at Burrus Pharmacy and Maggie's Kitchen in Harrah and also at Walmart for several years. Survivors include two daughters, Janice Nowakowski of Marietta, GA. and Tiffany Wise Raymond of Norman, OK.; five grandchildren, Matthew Wise, Danielle Frantz, Josie Sullivan, Jacob Knighten and Shaylee Raymond; two great-grandchildren, Trenton Wise and Jordan Wise and two brothers, Benny Kubiak and David Kubiak. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers: Eddie Kubiak, Fred (Pee Wee) Kubiak, Carl Kubiak and Anthony Kubiak, two sisters Cecila Pistole Kubiak and Adeline Kubiak. Memorial Services will be held 10 00 AM February 9, 2019 at St. Teresa Catholic Church in Harrah, OK.
