Geraldine Snow, 92, of Edmond, formerly of Waco, Kansas, died Monday, November 22, 2021, at the Mercy Medical Center of Oklahoma City. Graveside services are scheduled for a later date. Cremation has been affected. Geraldine was born May 28, 1929, in Wayton, Arkansas, to George R. and Elsie (Ramsey) Henderson. She was reared and educated in Parthenon, Arkansas, graduating in 1948. She married Garland Snow on May 8, 1948, in Wayton. The couple moved to the Wichita, Kansas, area in 1951, so Garland could work for the Boeing Aircraft Company. The couple made their home in Waco (Wichita suburb) until she moved to Edmond in 2017, to be with her daughter. Geraldine was a faithful member of the West Side Freewill Baptist Church of Wichita and read her Bible from beginning to end every year. She dearly loved her family and enjoyed spending as much time as possible with them. Survivors include her daughter Sondra and husband Larry Boles of Edmond, son Kenny and wife Angie Snow of Haysville; sister Betty Trammel of Wichita; four granddaughters Shawna and husband Scott Essmiller, Yvonne and husband Matt Creighton, Sarah Snow and Emily Snow, three great-granddaughters Julianne and husband Chris Kemmerer, Courtney and husband Avery Woelk and Isley Elsen, two great-grandsons Evan Essmiller and Connor Creighton; two great-great-grandsons Bradley and Malachi Kemmerer. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter Regina, four brothers Hugh, Russell, Herman and VJ, and a sister Obie Daniels.
