Glenda Mae Brewer

April 26, 1941 — July 19, 2024

Glenda Mae Brewer 83, of Choctaw/Harrah, passed Friday morning at her home. Glenda was born April 26, 1941, in Dickson, Tennessee to Elmer and Dollie (Loveless) Adcock. She was reared and educated in Tennessee, graduating high school in 1959. She married Robert Brewer on June 20, 1959, in Nashville, the couple later moved to Choctaw in 1972. She was a lifelong homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother,

She was preceded by death by her parents, husband, and a sister Janice Kennedy.

Survivors include her children Rhonda and husband Brent Bartlett of Choctaw, Chuck Brewer of Wellston, Lonnie Brewer of Harrah; brother Jimmy Adcock of Union City, TN; sisters Patsy Cortez of Mineral Wells, TN, Penella Davis of Troy, TN; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends may pay their respects Wednesday evening 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Memory Lane Cemetery of Harrah.
