Gregory “Greg” Allen Whisenhunt, 51, of Harrah, died Saturday, April 23, 2022, at his residence. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2022, at the Asa Smith memorial Chapel. Cremation has been affected. Greg was born January 16, 1971, in Oklahoma City, to Ernest and Almeda Marie (Nunley) Whisenhunt. He was reared and educated in Harrah by his mom “Marie", step-father Frank Graefe, and brothers Earnie and Rodney Whisenhunt. Greg completed his education at Harrah High School in 1989. He grew up in the concrete business and spent his entire life doing concrete work. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing horseshoes and collecting Hot Wheels. Greg was a great friend to many going out of his way to lend a hand. He will be missed by many and remembered for his contagious smile and always being the life of the party Survivors include his mother Almeda Marie Graefe of Harrah; daughter Morgan Whisenhunt of Midwest City, and son Kolton Whisenhunt of Harrah; grandchildren Kadence Paulson, Taydm Laws and Daytn Laws; two brothers Earnie and wife Shawnda Whisenhunt, Rodney and wife Jill Whisenhunt all of Harrah; two nieces Cadie and Cacie Whisenhunt; nephew Carter Whisenhunt; step-siblings Rafe and Betty Morris. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest, step-father Frank Graefe; and a nephew Justin Whisenhunt, grandparents Russell and Almeda Janie Nunley and Earnest Whisenhunt and Rachel Walkup. Greg was of a kind, making a mark on the lives of so many people. The family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers, thoughts and presence during this difficult time.
