Gregory "Greg" A. Farley

Gregory Allen Farley, 51, of Mcloud, OK went to be with our Lord on February 28th, 2022. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the MCLoud First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery of McLoud. Friends may pay their respects and greet the family 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Greg was born on August 31st, 1970, in Shawnee, OK. He graduated from Del City High School in 1988 where he played in the bands. In 1989 he joined the U.S. Navy in which he served until his honorable discharge in 1993. In 1989 he met the love of his life Tonya Kaye Jones, and they were married on February 17, 1990. On February 26th, 2002, his sons Alex and Louis were born. Greg was a Loving Husband, Father, Son and Brother. He was a good man who loved God, his family, and this country. He served our country in both the US Navy and the Oklahoma Army National Guard. He loved the outdoors. Going fishing, canoeing, and shooting were some of his favorite hobbies. He was an avid Oklahoma State fan and never failed to cheer them on. But most importantly, he had a big heart and did his best to help others when they were down. In 1995 he was an EMT when the Murrah Building was bombed and spent a lot of time helping search for survivors and transporting them to the hospital. He was loved by many and the hole that has been left will never be filled. He is survived by his wife Tonya, his sons Alex and Louis of Mcloud, OK; mother, Kathryn Farley and father, Ralph Farley of Del City, OK; in-laws George and Verna Jones of Mcloud, OK; brother Matthew Farley of Shawnee, OK; along with several aunts and cousins. He was predeceased by his Grandmother Ruby Gilbert of Shawnee, OK as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Arrangements are under the care of Asa Smith Funeral Services of Harrah.
