James Michael Woodard

James Michael Woodard (Jimmy) 84 years old of Harrah, Oklahoma died at home on approximately August 23rd, 2023. His body was found in his mobile home on August 25th during a wellness check.

He was born on July 10, 1939, to his father Luther Ervin Woodard and mother Ida Louthelma (Vaughn) Woodard.

He worked in construction before retirement and loved to sing and play his guitar whenever he could.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida and Luther Woodard; sisters, Thelma Marie Livingston, and Shirley Jean Bozarth; brothers, Richard Dale Woodard, Cleo Ervin Woodard, John Hilton Woodard, and Harold Deaune Woodard; and nephews, Ronny Jay Woodard, and Johnny Hilton Woodard.

He was survived by his nieces, Lou Jean Livingston, Donna Renee Downs (Woodard), Letha Mae Roberts (Woodard), (Sherry Woodard, Ramona Woodard, and Tammy Woodard; nephews, David Woodard and Ervin Harold Woodard - whereabouts unknown); and cousins, Virgil C Vaughn and Raymond Gullett.

Though he chose to live most of his life in solitude his memory will remain in the minds and hearts of many.
