Jeanne Ann Weller, 81, of Harrah passed from this life on December 31, 2018 in Midwest City, OK. She was born in Oklahoma City to Charles Henry and Floy Ann Weller on December 5, 1937. She graduated from Harrah High School in 1956. She was a computer enthusiast who was employed by Lockheed-Martin Corp. in Colorado Springs, CO where she never missed a day of work and had the top military clearance obtainable by a civilian. She loved dealing in genealogy and wrote the grant proposal to establish the Harrah Historical Society Museum. She was president of that group for seven years and was editor of the Historical Society newsletter. Jeanne was also an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and First Baptist Church of Harrah. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steve Sutton and a daughter, Jena Kay Sutton. She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Sutton of Redlands, CA and Randal Booher, of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter in law, Diedra Sutton of Rockwell, TX; two sisters, Juanita (Bob) Maxey of Marana, AZ and Judi (Arney) Ellerbee of Harrah; grandchildren, Taylor Lee Sutton of Dallas, TX, Daniel Sutton, of Redmond, WA and Drew Mitchell, of Dallas, TX; great granddaughter Eleanora Rae Sutton; two nieces, Missy Ellerbee Richardson and Cindy Ellerbee; three nephews, Robin, Russell and Randy Maxey; numerous cousins and a vast host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Harrah, with interment at a later date at Memory Lane Cemetery under direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service, Harrah.
