JEFFREY SCOTT HANSEN Jeffrey Scott Hansen, 57, of Harrah, OK, left this life for his rewards in Heaven and a joyful reunion with a host of family and friends on January 11, 2021 in Midwest City, OK. He was born June 12, 1963 in San Jose, CA, to Donald Gilbert Hansen Sr. and JoAnn Hansen. He was married to Leigha Gray in Choctaw, OK on September 7, 1985. Jeff graduated high school in Merritt Island, FL and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1985. He was a sales representative for electrical supplies. His first position as Director of Music was Shawnee Calvary Baptist Church and he also served Baptist churches in Warner, McLoud, Choctaw and Meeker and was one of the longest serving Music Directors at Tinker Air Force Base Chapel. Jeff loved being Leigha’s husband and a father to his children. He was an ordained minister and a faithful Bible reader. He was also an excellent left-handed golfer and loved playing games with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Leigha of the home; four daughters, Kayley Hansen, Lindsey Hansen, Abbagail Hansen and Sophia Hansen, all of the home; a son Josiah Hansen of the home; one brother, Don Hansen and wife Debbie of Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister, Sherry Carrero and husband Oscar of San Antonio, TX; and mother-in-law and father-in-law Janna and Charles Gray of Choctaw. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, under direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service, Harrah and officiated by Bro. Jerred Yancey.
