Jeri Lynn Minnick

Jeri Lynn Minnick, 59, of Newalla passed from this life to her reward in Heaven on October 21, 2019 at her home in Newalla. She was born to Ven and Lousie M. (Drew) Stramski on August 11, 1960 in Harrah. She and her husband, Michael R. (Randy) Minnick made their home and raised their family in the Harrah-Newalla area. Jeri worked in the Supply Department at Tinker Air Force Base for 38 years. Jeri enjoyed camping, sewing, playing the violin, working in her flower garden, singing with her girls and spending time with her grandkids. She is preceded in death by her father Ven Stramski, mother Lousie M. Stramski, a sister Alice Rose Stramski, father in law Frank Minnick and mother in law Lorna Marie Minnick. Survivors include her husband, Randy Minnick of the home; three daughters, Renee and husband Brian Larrison of Harrah, Jamie and husband Dustin Legrand of Harrah and Nicholle and husband Michael Legrand of Harrah; a son Josh and wife Taylor Minnick of Choctaw; 10 grandchildren, Jackson, Kaylee, Sierra and Zoey Legrand of Harrah; Kynslei and Gage Legrand of Harrah; Brookelynn, Madison Ryder and Hayden Minnick of Choctaw; two brothers, Jimmy and wife Susan Stramski of Harrah and Donald Stramski of Harrah; two sisters, Barbara and husband Tom Rollen of Tuttle, OK and Janette and husband David Dye of Mustang, OK. Jeri is also survived by honorary kids Glenda, Richie, Rachel, Nathan, Shawn and Beth; honorary grandkids Daelin, Cael and Jaelib and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at Choctaw Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Steve Comeans officiating.
