JOSEPH D. LONGWITH Joseph Decator Longwith, 96, of Harrah passed from this life to his rewards in Oklahoma City on August 23, 2022. He was born to Ray Longwith and Bernice Leech Longwith, one of eight children, on August 24, 1925, in Blue Jacket, OK. He was a lifetime farmer in several towns in Oklahoma. He enjoyed watching Pro Wrestling, Hee Haw and rodeo on TV. He was also a big fan of Little League football and baseball. Joe also enjoyed working cattle and looking for antiques. He had a good second marriage with LaVena He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, 3 brothers, 4 sisters and one grandson. He is survived by a son, Dale Longwith of Colorado and a daughter, Barbara and husband Orin Kimball of Harrah; five grandchildren,13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services at Kolb Cemetery will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022, under direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service, Harrah.
