Joshua “Cody” Moore, 28, of Harrah, passed from this life to the next Thursday, August 18, 2022, the result of motorcycle accident. He was born October 22, 1993, in West Covina, California, to Lela Mae (Wall) Moore. He was raised and educated in several states before moving with his family to the McLoud area in 2008. He graduated from McLoud High School in 2012. He later attended OSU Firefighter Service Training at EOC of Choctaw. Cody was currently employed as a Line Tech Mechanic at Joe Cooper Dodge, Jeep of Yukon. He also served as a volunteer fireman for the Southwest Lincoln County Fire Department. Cody was known for his infectious smile, hard work and always thinking of other before himself. Those left to cherish his memory include his fiancée Kyleigh Reynolds of the home; mother and step-father Lela and Martin Harpster of Harrah; step-father David Griffith of Harrah; daughters Addalyn, Madalyn, and Scarlet; sons Trevor and Kysen; brothers Colton Courreges and Hunter Courreges both of Harrah, Spencer Courreges of Muskogee; sister Crystal and husband James Graham of Gate; grandparents James and Carolyn Wall of Sabinal, Texas; Lee and Tina Reynolds of the home with Kyleigh; Uncle and Aunt James Michael and Kim Wall of Yukon; nephews Dallin, CJ, Ethan, and Kamron. He was dearly loved by many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Matthew Shane Jolley. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Harrah Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park of Norman. The casket will be closed.
