Karen Sue Caywood

Karen Sue Caywood, 71, of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in Oklahoma City. Karen was born on October 22, 1952 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Jackie Harold and Dorothy Mae (Simhauser) Caywood. Karen enjoyed puzzles, collecting salt and pepper shakers and gardening. Karen’s favorite pastime was spending time with her family and friends.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Phillip Jimenez Sr.; her daughter, Kelly Mae Skipper; two sons-in-law, Ernest Gene Skipper and Gary Eugene Karlowski; her grandson, Ernest Blake Skipper and her brother, James D. Caywood.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Tracy Marie Karlowski and Phillip Brigido Rayse Jimenez; five grandchildren, Kara Lyn Jean Skipper, Daisy Mae Burton, Faith Marie Karlowski, Wayne Allen Karlowski and Christopher Joseph Rayse Jimenez; three great-grandchildren, J.R. Matthew Madden II, Sylas Jacob Daniel Gene Bourbon and River Blake Bourbon; her brother, Michael H. Caywood; two sisters, Oteka Joanell Hammer and Patricia Mae Caywood and host of family and friends.
