Lee Leonard Roller, 89, of Harrah, OK, our beloved, husband, father and grandfather, left this life on February 2, 2018, in Harrah, OK. He was born February 8, 1928 to Frank and Elbie Koszara Roller in McLoud, OK. He lived in Yukon for eight years before coming to Harrah in 1968. He was a graduate of Harrah High School. He was a member of the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Harrah.He was a machinist at Tinker Air Force Base for 33 years before his retirement in 1993. He enjoyed gardening and his specialty was tomatoes and okra. He also took a hand in the kitchen and was an expert in frying the okra he raised. He also enjoyed fishing and could make or fix anything that needed it. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Blanche Doyle and brothers Carl and Frankie Roller.. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine "Gerry", a daughter Susan Roller of Midwest City; a son David and wife Beverly Roller of Oklahoma City; a granddaughter Sarah Roller of Midwest City; a sister, Helen Cruiksank of Forest Grove, CA; and two brothers, Richard Roller of Columbia, MO and Fred Roller of Choctaw, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, Harrah followed by interment in St. Teresa Cemetery with full military honors. Wake services and Rosary will begin at 5 p.m.Wednesday at St. Teresa Catholic Church.
