Luren "Duke" Rogers

Luren Kenneth Rogers, 83, of Harrah passed from this life at his home on July 21, 2022. He was born on February 24, 1939, in Monroe, MI to William and Myrtle Grady Rogers. He earned a GED and had had a four-year career in the Air Force and gained a Good Conduct Medal upon his discharge. Luren was known to everyone as Duke. He was a civil engineer and worked in the heating and air conditioning business. He was a hard worker and a man of memory positive traits. He moved to the Harrah area in the 1960s. Luren loved his family. Luren was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and five brothers. He is survived by his wife, Teresa L. Peck Rogers; a step-son, Kyle Anderson and wife Jill; a step-daughter LaDawna Goering and husband Marcus; a brother Daryle Rogers; grandsons Seth, Evan and Levi and granddaughters Rebekah and Danielle; an adopted son Kraig and adopted daughter Debbie; as well as other extended family and friends.
