Patrick August Drew, 60, of Harrah Oklahoma, died unexpectedly in his home on Friday, July 10, 2020. He was born to Joe Drew and Mary Zielny Drew on February 28, 1960 in Oklahoma City. It is with great sadness that his family must lay him to rest. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He touched the lives of so many and had a tremendous impact on those who knew and loved him. Pat was known for loving kids, especially his own, and becoming a grandpa was one of the greatest blessings of his life. His nieces and nephews adored him and knew he was someone they could always count on. He extended his love and affection to his great nieces and nephews, always bringing them a huge sack of candy to every holiday or family gathering. He loved one woman, Nancy Ownbey Drew, for 37 years, telling her he was going to marry her on their first date. His children were the greatest joy of his life He spent a large portion of his life coaching the youth of Harrah and was an active member of our community. Some of you may know him from the Chicken Coop Auction or Mary’s Swap Meet where you could find him religiously every week, while others may have known him as a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church. Wherever your paths crossed, I’m sure you’ll remember a kind and gentle man in a pair of denim overalls. He was preceded in death by his father Joe; brother Danny Drew, mother and father in law Charles and Delores Ownbey. Survivors include his wife Nancy Drew of the home; children Brayden and wife Brittney Drew of Newalla; Brooke Drew and Tim Bellows of Harrah, Breanna and husband Levi Queen of Harrah and Brock Drew of Harrah; his mother Mary Drew of Harrah; two brothers, Bobby Drew of Harrah and John and wife Angie Drew of Harrah; two sisters, Mary Jane Molnar of Hot Springs, AR and Maggie Stoelting of Eden Prairie, MN and three grandchildren, Marko, Archer and Baker.
