We share the news of Paul Carone's passing with heavy hearts. Paul went to heaven on March 19, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 69 years old. He was born on December 29, 1954, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, to Giuseppe and Anna Carone (née Vernola). Paul was the beloved brother of Grace and Anna.
Paul was dedicated to his family, friends, career, and community throughout his life. However, as a true family man, Paul's proudest accomplishment was raising his three children, Katie, Nicholas, and Matthew, and being the loving grandfather to Mikayla, Makenzie, Quinn, and Giovanni. They will continue his legacy of love and happiness. Paul was the best Dad and Papa.
He is also survived by his loving wife, Gail, of nearly five years, and her three sons, Zach, Dylan, and Austin. Gail and Paul enjoyed traveling all over the country, game nights, cooking, and baking, watching John Wayne movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Paul was known for his hugs and outgoing, caring, and compassionate nature. He had a goofy sense of humor and was passionate about his train and model sets to classic movies, the San Francisco 49ers, card games, and the thrilling tales of Clive Cussler. He found solace in fishing, cherished moments with his family, and travel adventures. Paul was an active member of his community and a dedicated volunteer who participated in Church and various organizations. He had a deep appreciation for history, art, and culture.
His memory will live on forever in the hearts of those he touched. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations for a memorial tree or bench to be placed at his Church. For donations, please use the following link: https://gofund.me/f724690f
