Shannon Scott Marshall passed away on January 18, 2021 in Oklahoma City at the age of 53. He was born on September 28, 1967 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the son of Jerry Richard Marshall Sr and Sharon Irene (Friend) Marshall. Shannon was raised in Harrah, Oklahoma and was a 1986 graduate of Harrah High School. Shannon was a devoted Christian. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and put his full faith in him. Shannon was a skilled carpenter and home builder. He blessed many families with beautiful homes. He was the owner of Marshall Construction. He was hard and dedicated worker. His hard work and dedication to his craft showed in each and every home he worked on and built. When Shannon wasn't working, you would often find him cheering on his Oklahoma Sooner Football team to victory. Shannon was also a dedicated father and friend. He loved spending time with his friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. The true pride of his life was his two boys, Dylan and Derek. He loved spending time with them and they were a huge part of his life. Shannon was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon (Friend) Marshall; grandparents, Jack and Imogene Friend; grandmother, Inez Alverado; one aunt, Debbie Montgomery and one nephew, Brandon Martin. He is survived by his father, Jerry Marshall Sr; two sons, Dylan Marshall and his wife Kayla and Derek Marshall; three brothers, Jerry Marshall Jr, Jack Marshall and Bronson Marshall; one sister Shelly Campbell and her husband Shawn; three nephews, Jared Marshall, Jason Marshall and Dalton Marshall; one niece, Tara Landreth and host of family and friends. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Asa Smith Memorial Chapel in Harrah. A graveside service will immediately follow at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah.
