Sherry Leigh Bond

Sherry Leigh Bond, 46, of McLoud, OK, passed from this life on December 20, 2018 in McLoud, OK. She was born January 7, 1972 in Oklahoma City to Della Louise Lindley and Paul Douglas Grounds. Sherry loved being around her family, especially the light of her life: granddaughter Kaylynn Bean. She loved all animals, especially dogs and cats, and found good homes for many. She also enjoyed visiting the casino. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jack and Lola Williams and Faye Marie and D.A. Grounds. She is survived by her mother and step-father Della and Charles Lindley; father Paul Grounds; daughter Courtney Bean and husband Andrew; a son Cody Bond; granddaughter Kaylynn Bean; two sisters, Stacy Hebert and Shelly Cantrell and husband Jason. As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and a host of friends. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on January 7, 2019 at New Life Baptist Church.
