Skye Leann Jim

Skye Leann Jim of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, passed away on January 9, 2021 at the age of 30. Skye was born on August 24, 1990 in Cushing, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Perry Griggs and Alecia J Onzahwah. Skye grew up in the Tecumseh and Shawnee area. She attended Shawnee Public Schools. Skye was a proud member of the Sac and Fox Nation. Her tribal name was Mehkothecua. Skye’s greatest love was for her children. She dedicated her life to her five children. She was known for being a loving mother and was involved in everything they were participating in. Skye was preceded in death by her aunt, Loretta Gibson; her great-grandfather, Laverne Onzahwah and her great-grandmother, Beatrice Onzahwah Cuppawhe. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Jim II; her five children, Thomas Jim III, Mackynzie Mae Jim, Brayden Zachary Jim, Alyssa Raelynn Jim and Tyson Alexander Jim; her father, Perry Griggs; her mother, Alecia J Onzahwah; her stepfather, Tosawi Saddler; her sister, Riann Griggs; her brother, Preston Onzahwah and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
